Ms. Foxworthy has been a Re-Evaluation Counselor and Life Coach since 1990. Her studies in psychology, world religions, theater, creative self-expression, human consciousness, male-female dynamics, sociology, anthropology, chronic pain relief, music therapy, dance therapy, filmmaking, French culture, and so much more have all contributed to the programs which she has developed and used to help women everywhere.

After a work-related injury left her bedridden for the better part of 10 years, Teresa realized that though she had been studying holistic health since childhood, she now had to learn it from the inside out. Her “Third Eye” opened when she was 3 years old. Spirit showed the wonders of Gaia & then said, “Man did not make these; God made there. Never bow down to man; only bow down to God.” A few years later, Teresa began to study Hatha Yoga, then in high school, she studied Kundalini Yoga.
For college, Teresa chose a number of universities:
First, the idyllic Sonoma County in Northern California was a wonderful place to study. Her classes in Expressive Arts delighted her. Then, Fac de Lettres in Montpellier, France for a year. Then Dominican University in just north of SF. Next, to San Francisco State, and finally at Marin Community College for more music classes. From there, she became an independent producer, consultant, and wellness coach.

Born in the San Francisco area, Teresa went to elementary and high schools in the Mid-Atlantic, USA, colleges in Maryland, California, and France. She’s also traveled to Switzerland to study Rolfing & Music Production, Canada to immerse herself in the Primal Diet, and Mexico, enjoying the outdoor discos in Rosarito. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal & Creative Arts. Certificates in French Culture & Video Production. After that, she wrote songs for seven years with a 3x-Grammy music producer, while consulting about a dozen hi-tech start-ups as a business consultant.
She loves living a holistic lifestyle and spends most of her time living by an ocean, currently in San Diego/Encinitas, California, USA. Travel continues to be important for Teresa as cultural enrichment fuels our global village. Teresa’s projects take her diverse places. Her top campaigns are, “Re-Humanizing in a Hi-Tech World” & “Raising the Status of Women”. She loves designing Fragrant Gardens & throwing al fresco dinner parties, which often benefit Ocean Conservancy & Elder Support.
